missingWrote a review on 21 Jancozy lobbyrelaxing saunalack of amenities
The lobby features a nice fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere when lit, enhancing the overall experience. The sauna provides a relaxing space, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Rooms lack basic amenities such as slippers, drinking water, and wardrobe space, making for an uncomfortable stay. There were no directions provided for contacting room service or reception, leading to inconvenience. The absence of partitions on the balconies compromises privacy, and the lack of recycling bins throughout the hotel indicates missed opportunities for sustainability. Closing times for facilities can be frustrating. everything shut down at 9:30 PM on New Year’s Eve, limiting options for celebrating.

Spacious room with a fantastic balcony view, perfect for relaxing. The big bathroom offered both a shower and bath, making it luxurious. Breakfast was vast, with many options available. the restaurant prices were quite high, and simpler dining options would have been nice. The staff friendliness varied. some were attentive while others seemed indifferent. Finding the place at night was a bit tricky, and the balcony's lack of partitions was concerning for privacy.
